Observation

WAC 110-300-0198(4): The site had been previously cited on an adhoc for preparing food in the classroom and for not having method for cleaning and sanitizing dishes that meets the WAC requirements and have been using the bathroom sink to wash dishes (sippy cups and tongs). upon a revisit to the site for something unrelated the staff were still washing dishes in the bathroom sink and did not have a method for cleaning and sanitizing that meets the WAC requirements.
